Problem
Orders, stock and invoices lived in several Excel files, with errors every time work passed between colleagues.
What we did
A web application for orders, stock and reporting, connected to invoicing and Romania's e-Factura system.
Result
A single source of truth and less manual work on every order.

An office network rebuilt from scratch

Problem
Unstable Wi-Fi, devices from different vendors and no separation between the work network and the guest network.
What we did
New cabling, gateway, PoE switches and access points, with separate VLANs and central management.
Result
Coverage across the whole space, separated networks and one console for everything.

A backup you can actually restore

Problem
The company "had backups", but nobody had ever tested a restore, and admin accounts were shared.
What we did
3-2-1 backup with an offline copy, a restore test, MFA and named accounts.
Result
A verified recovery plan and controlled access to critical systems.
