The website is informational and presents the services offered by CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™: custom software development, electrical & smart-home systems, IT management, and cybersecurity compliance services (NIS2, CRA). The content does not constitute individualized technical or legal advice.

The website content (texts, graphics, design, source code, logo) is the property of CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™ and is protected by copyright legislation (Romanian Law 8/1996). Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written consent is prohibited.

The services presented on the website are of a general informational nature. CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™ provides the following categories of services:

Pricing is quote-based and depends on the specific requirements of each project. Exact conditions, prices, deliverables, and timelines are established through individual contracts or written quotes accepted by the client.
Services are available to both individual consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B). The contractual relationship is established through an individual contract or accepted quote signed by both parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For individual consumers who contract services at a distance, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without having to state a reason, in accordance with GEO 34/2014. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the email address indicated in Section 1.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service is completed, in accordance with Art. 16(a) of GEO 34/2014.
For business clients (B2B), the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding the right of withdrawal in distance contracts for consumers do not apply.
8. Warranty
All installation and configuration work performed by CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™ is covered by a workmanship warranty, the duration and terms of which are specified in the individual contract or accepted quote.
Equipment and products purchased through CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™ benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for equipment are handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by improper use or unauthorized interventions on the equipment
- Damage caused by overvoltage, electrical discharges, or other force majeure events
- Normal wear and tear of the equipment
9. Limitation of Liability
Information on the website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™ makes efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that the information is complete, up-to-date, or error-free.
We do not assume liability for:
- Decisions made solely based on website information, without individualized consultation
- Temporary website unavailability for technical reasons
- Content of external websites to which links exist
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance or delayed performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances, as defined by Art. 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, government restrictions, interruptions to communication services, or power supply.
12. Data Protection
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian legislation. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties shall attempt amicable resolution of any dispute.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Iași, Romania.
Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the competent Romanian body — the ADR Directorate within ANPC (anpc.ro).
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and produce full legal effect.
15. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The date of the last update is displayed at the beginning of the document. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
