Receiving against purchase orders
Goods are scanned on arrival and checked against the supplier order. Discrepancies show up on the spot, not at the next stock count.

Locations & put-away
Every rack, level and position has a code. The app tells you where to put goods and always knows where they are.

Scanner picking & packing
Pick lists on a scanner or a phone, using barcodes or QR codes. Any wrong item is flagged before it leaves.

Batches, serials, expiry dates
Tracking by batch and serial number, expiry dates and FEFO or FIFO picking, whichever rule fits your products.

Stock counts without downtime
Partial counts by zone or product, or a full count, done with the scanner while the warehouse keeps working.

Returns
Returns are logged, inspected and either put back into stock or set aside, with the reason and history for each one.

Multiple warehouses
Stock per warehouse or site, with transfers between them tracked from dispatch to receipt.

Product turnover, location occupancy, productivity per operator and per shift, late orders.

03Custom or off-the-shelf

Not every warehouse needs a custom WMS

We will tell you honestly if an existing product covers your needs. For many companies, the stock module in their ERP or an off-the-shelf WMS is enough.

A custom application makes sense when

  • You have your own put-away, batch or packing rules that standard software does not cover
  • You want the warehouse connected directly to the ERP and online store you already have
  • Operators work on scanners and need simple screens designed around their workflow
  • You want to own the code and the data, without per-scanner or per-user licences

Off-the-shelf software is enough when

  • You have few products, with no batches and no expiry dates
  • The warehouse is small and everyone knows where everything is
  • Your current ERP already has a stock module that does the job
  • In that case we help you choose and configure the right solution

What companies ask us about warehouse software

For an estimate on your case, a 30-minute conversation and, ideally, a visit to the warehouse are usually enough.

How long until we can use something?

You see the first working flow (usually receiving and locations) within a few weeks. The other modules are added in stages, and your team works in the app from the first modules on.

Does it work offline on the scanner?

It can. If some areas have no signal, the app can store operations on the scanner and sync them once the connection is back. We decide together which operations need to work offline.

What hardware do we need?

Rugged Android scanners or, for low volumes, ordinary phones with a camera. Plus label printers and Wi-Fi in the warehouse. We help you choose the right equipment for your volume.

Will it work with the ERP we already have?

In most cases, yes. We connect to your ERP through an API, the database or file import and export, depending on what your system allows. We check this in the first conversation.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code is versioned and documented, and you can hand it over to another team at any time. You are not locked in with us.
