Recipes per product, with sub-assemblies and versions. You always know which recipe was used for each batch.

Orders are planned from customer orders or for stock, with material requirements calculated automatically.

Consumption & output reporting
Materials are deducted from stock automatically when output is reported (backflush). Finished goods enter stock right away.

Batches & traceability
Traceability both ways: from a raw material batch to the end customer and back, in seconds.

Operations & workstations
Operations and times per workstation. Operators start and close operations from a tablet, right on the shop floor.

In-process checks and non-conformities recorded on the spot, with photos and the affected batch linked automatically.

03Custom or off-the-shelf

Not every production line needs a custom application

We will tell you honestly if an existing product covers your needs. Sometimes the production module in the ERP you already have is enough.

A custom application makes sense when

  • Your production flow has specific steps that standard software doesn’t track
  • You have strict traceability requirements, for example in food production or under HACCP
  • You need production tightly linked to stock, the warehouse, scales or labelling
  • You want to own the code and the data, without licences for every workstation

Off-the-shelf software is enough when

  • Your process is simple: a few fixed recipes, no batches or special requirements
  • The ERP you use already has a production module that covers you
  • An off-the-shelf MES fits your workflow without major changes
  • In that case we help you choose and integrate the right solution

What companies ask us about manufacturing software

For an estimate on your case, a 30-minute conversation is usually enough.

How long until we use something on the shop floor?

You see the first working module (usually recipes and production orders) within a few weeks. The rest is built in stages, and you use the application from the first modules.

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

Not necessarily. The production app can connect to your existing ERP for stock, orders and invoicing. If you don’t have an ERP, we can build that part too.

Our operators aren’t used to computers. Will it work?

Yes. Shop floor screens are simple, with large buttons and few steps. Scan a code, confirm, done. We train your team at launch.

Does it help with an audit or a batch recall?

Yes. For any batch you see which raw materials went into it, who produced it, which checks were done and which customers received it. The report is generated in seconds.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code is versioned and documented, and you can hand it over to another team at any time. You are not locked in with us.
