Smart Home & Networks

We design and install home automations (lighting, climate, blinds, audio-video, and centralized control), together with the network infrastructure they run on: structured cabling, professional Wi-Fi, surge protection, and IT maintenance. We work with both consumer-grade products and professional automation systems (KNX, PLCs, and other dedicated platforms), on open protocols and equipment from trusted manufacturers.

01 — Automation

Smart Lighting

Smart lighting is more than on/off from your phone: light scenes that adapt to your activity (reading, dinner, relaxation), without touching a switch. Presence sensors turn off lights in empty rooms, and time-based scheduling reduces your energy bill.

  • Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi protocols: we choose what suits your home
  • Dimming and color control (RGB, tunable white) by zone
  • Presence and ambient light sensors
  • Preset scenes: morning, evening, movie, away
  • Google Home, Alexa integration and voice commands

02 — Comfort

Zone Climate Control

A smart thermostat learns when you're home and when you leave. Each room can have its own temperature: the bedroom cooler at night, the bathroom warm in the morning, comfort without waste. You stop heating empty rooms, and it shows on your energy bill.

  • Smart thermostats with auto-learning (Tado, Honeywell, Shelly)
  • Integration with boilers and air conditioning
  • Independent zone and room control
  • Time-based scheduling + occupancy-based control
  • Consumption monitoring and monthly energy reports

03 — Automation

Motorized Blinds & Curtains

Blinds open gradually in the morning, track the sun's position throughout the day, and close automatically at sunset. In "Movie" mode they close completely along with dimmed lights. Wind sensors retract exterior blinds when it's windy.

  • Silent motorization: Somfy, Nice, Tuya
  • Scheduling based on sun position (astronomical clock)
  • Wind and rain sensors for exterior blinds
  • Full integration into smart home scenes
  • Individual, group, or whole-house control

04 — Entertainment

Multiroom Audio-Video

Music in the kitchen in the morning, a podcast in the bathroom, silence in the bedroom: each room with its own source, controlled from a single app. Ceiling-mounted speakers visually disappear from the room but fill the space with sound.

  • Distributed multiroom audio systems (Sonos, built-in amplifiers)
  • Ceiling and wall speakers with discreet mounting
  • AirPlay, Chromecast, Spotify Connect streaming
  • Smart TV, projector, and home cinema integration
  • Control from app, remote, or voice commands

05 — Centralization

Centralized Control & Scenes

A single control point for everything: lighting, climate, blinds, and audio. The wall panel at the entrance, the phone app, and the kitchen voice assistant all do the same thing. Scenes combine multiple actions into a single command.

  • Wall-mounted touch panels (Loxone, Shelly Wall Display)
  • iOS and Android apps with customized dashboard
  • Secure remote access via VPN
  • Scenes: Morning (blinds open, warm light, music), Night (everything off, climate lowered), Away (verify everything is off)
  • Google Home and Amazon Alexa integration

06 — Integration

Automation & Software Integration

Many manufacturers have their own app: one for lights, another for the thermostat, another for blinds. We unify everything into a single software platform that connects devices to each other, regardless of manufacturer. You can then set a simple rule "when the motion sensor detects someone in the evening, gradually turn on the hallway light", and the system runs it on its own.

  • Central automation platform: one place for all your devices
  • Custom rules and automations (if/then between different devices)
  • Compatible with KNX, PLCs, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other protocols
  • Personalized dashboard on phone, tablet, or wall panel
  • No cloud dependency: everything runs locally, even if internet goes down
  • Easy to update and expand as you add new devices

07 — Infrastructure

Structured Cabling

We run Cat6/Cat6a cable for data and PoE, fiber for long runs or inter-building links, then mount and organize everything in the rack: switch, patch panel, UPS. Every cable is labeled, tested, and handed over with documentation, so you get infrastructure you can rely on for years.

  • Cat6/Cat6a cabling for data and PoE power
  • Fiber optics for long runs and inter-building links
  • Rack mounting: switch, patch panel, UPS
  • Full labeling and cable-run organization
  • Channel testing and certification report
  • Infrastructure documentation delivered on completion

08 — Network

Professional Wi-Fi Networks

No dead zones and no reconnecting as you move from one room to another. We plan coverage, mount Ubiquiti UniFi or TP-Link Omada access points, and configure roaming on a single SSID. Enterprise-grade equipment at an accessible cost, ideal for large houses, offices, and commercial spaces.

  • Ubiquiti UniFi and TP-Link Omada access points
  • Coverage planning with no dead zones
  • Seamless roaming on a single SSID
  • Separate VLANs for IoT and for users
  • Centralized management of the whole network
  • Solutions for large houses, offices, and commercial spaces

09 — Protection

UPS & Surge Protection

A voltage spike or a power outage shouldn't take down your server or your network. We install line-interactive or online UPS units for critical equipment and surge protective devices (SPD) in the panel and on dedicated sockets. We size correctly, monitor batteries, and perform periodic maintenance.

  • Line-interactive or online UPS for critical equipment (servers, switch, router)
  • Surge protective devices (SPD) in the panel
  • Dedicated sockets with surge protection
  • Correct sizing based on load and required autonomy
  • Battery health monitoring
  • Periodic maintenance and timely battery replacement

10 — Support

IT & Network Maintenance

From a PC that won't boot to a well-run company network, we handle it. We diagnose and repair computers and laptops, install and configure Windows or Linux, set up NAS and backup, configure local networks, and offer periodic maintenance for companies, remote or on-site.

  • PC/laptop diagnostics and repair
  • Windows and Linux setup and configuration
  • NAS and backup (Synology, QNAP, RAID, remote access)
  • Local networks: managed switches, VLANs, firewall, site-to-site VPN
  • Periodic maintenance for companies, with a monthly report
  • Remote or on-site intervention
